It rained, it got cold, and it wasn’t even ‘cross season. Sea Otter is Sea Otter. But I finally got to do some riding out here and it was big fun, though highlighted the lack of riding done back home.

I’m going back to Cali tomorrow for another round of shooting. Sea Otter then a cool non-bike shoot next week. This is from two weeks ago out there, but it seems like months ago. One of my favorite things about going out there this time of year is the fresh citrus, seriously. By the end of the trip my car inevitably smells like an orange grove and the steering wheel is super sticky. BTW, it’s still February back here.

I just spent four days shooting in The Nutmeg State. The work was good, The Nutmeg State, eh, sort of strange place. We dodged the snow flakes/downpours and got it done under challenging conditions. Even knocked out some studio stuff, which gave me a whole new appreciation for clothing stylists. And now it’s like winter back here, 6″ of fresh snow and 24 degree highs. Excellent riding conditions.
