Perfection

French MadeDugast Rhinos, need I say more? Okay, I will. Beautiful, hand made, cotton casing, French cyclocross tires. Ride like unbelievable. Actually got out on the CX bike this afternoon, which is really early for me. The last couple years I’ve ridden my race bike for about 10 minutes before race day, perhaps not the best advised prep but. . . Even though cycling season is winding down for most non-CX racers, seems like a bunch of industry is looking to do fall photo shoots. Which is good.

Winter Trainer

AnalogSaw this on my ride today, sitting on the side of the road all unloved. FREE, no less. First CX race is this coming weekend but I may take a miss and start the season @ Catamount in a couple weeks. Have some cool photo stuff coming up, doing quite a bit of experimenting and it’s turning out well. Really edifying to take chances and have it turn out exactly as you’d hoped. Huge ups to my man TH, doing his last USPRO he finished a stellar 12th on an insanely hard circuit. Bummer that he’s hanging up his pro cleats but he’s got bigger things in mind.
